Hello and welcome. This is a blog about Christian living that is trying to stay grounded in reality while also striving for that lofty target of emulating Jesus in the world. Why Ebs and Flows? A few years ago the youth group Nick runs made an album to raise money. In searching for an appropriate name for the album one of the suggestions was Ebs and Flows. Relating not only to the name of the church(Ebenezer Baptist Church), but also to the Ebs and Flows of life and how we deal with them. Nick loved it, the youth didn’t. But he remembered, and so here you are reading blogs that try to reflect on the Ebs and Flows of everyday life as a Christian.
Nick is the main writer but in an effort to curb his more than sizeable ego, a number of people have been asked to contribute as and when they can. We are open to more people wanting to contribute and if that’s you please leave a comment having entered your email address in the relevant box and we will contact you.
Enjoy the discussion.

Nick,
I have seen your comments on Heather’s blog. Thanks for your visit to i4Daily.wordpress.com (was it ok to make that plug) and for the advice. I will probably get that app.
Hey, I really like the theme of your blog. Like several others, this is one that I would love to have, but the switching is a pain in the behind. I guess I’ll just stick with what I have.
My email is PastorACBaker@yahoo.com. If you would like for me to guest post, just shoot me a message. I would love to join in the conversation of grace.
Blessings

Hello! Yeah too many good themes each with some different feature I would like but none with all the features I want! I sometimes change to a new one that has the majority of features!
I’m always on the look out for guest bloggers so will drop you an email tomorrow as it’s late now in the UK!
And it was fine to make that plug!
Cheers
Nick
